How To Return An Item
In certain circumstances, we are able to offer a refund on products purchased from us and subsequently returned to us. To be returned, and except where there is a manufacturer defect, your item must be in its original unused condition, with all original packaging and labels and capable of being resold at full price. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase, except where there is a manufacturer defect. Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

1. Please email hello@ladya.health to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt or purchase order number.

Return Exceptions
Due to the nature of our products, items cannot be returned or refunded if they are opened or have been used or if the factory seal has been removed.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
